Suppport file extensions other than kdb

'kdb' and 'kdbx' extensions identify a file as a KeePass database. Using another extension (e.g. .jpg) for a KeePass database will divert attention and help keep its contents private. KeePassDroid handles this OK for local files, but DropBox looks at file associations before downloading data and opening an associated application. If KeePass would support user-specified extensions, it could offer more security for cloud-stored data.
