Increasing the number of encryption rounds from 300 to 10000000 does not increase the time required to open a database.

Add a bit more explanation in the encryption rounds window. Is it bounded? Does it currently work?... Increasing the encryption rounds from 300 to 600 and even up to 10000000 on an OG droid does not increase the time it takes to open a database.
